Age Requirements

• Renters must be 21+ years old.

• Drivers under 25 incur a $15/day young driver fee.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

Insurance

 

• Basic insurance included with every rental.

• Optional liability waivers available.

• Damages must be reported immediately; additional charges may apply.

Fuel Policy

 

• Return vehicle with the same fuel level.

• Fuel charge + refueling fee applies if not returned full.

Return Policy

​

• Late fee: $25 for the first hour late, $10 per additional 15 minutes.

• No refund for early returns.

Additional Drivers

​

• $10/day per additional driver.

• Must meet all qualifications and be present at pickup.

Cancellations

​

Cancel 24+ hours before pickup for free.

Cancel within 24 hours = 1-day rental fee.

No-shows are charged in full.

Smoking Policy

​

To keep every ride fresh and comfortable, VEXA maintains a strict no-smoking rule in all vehicles. If smoking is detected, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding in helping us provide a clean, welcoming experience for every renter.
